Your name, employer and title / role may be displayed through the IDDEAL application functions, regardless of whether you agree to display other Registration Information.
Control over Your Registration Information: You may review, correct, update and change Your Registration / Login Information (Profile) by utilizing the tools available in our Service.
You can request to have Your Registration / Login Information removed from the Service at any time by utilizing the tools available within the applications or requesting IDDEAL or applicable security officer to remove Your profile. As a consequence of such request, IDDEAL will delete Your Registration / Login Information from the Service, except that IDDEAL may maintain copies of such information for its business and administrative purposes, which are not accessible to unauthorized personnel. Please note, however, that any such deletion will likely result in the revocation of all applicable User Identifications and Passwords that are required to access the Password Restricted Service and therefore make the applications unusable to You.
If at the time You provided Personal Information to IDDEAL through the Service You were given the opportunity to limit how the applicable Personal Information is used to communicate with You by third parties, IDDEAL will not change Your preference in this regard without Your consent.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of general use or an error in the app, we may collect data and information (possibly through third party products) utilizing our servers Log Data.

When You use our Service, which may be hosted in part or entirely by a third party, IDDEAL automatically collects certain technical, routing, server log and other information to facilitate use of the applications and for internal purposes, such as to administer and improve the applications. THE SERVICE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY
PORTION OF THE SERVICE AND ITS FUNCTIONS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OF
OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. If Your use of the Service or Service Content
results in the need for servicing or repairing equipment or data, IDDEAL is
not responsible for those costs.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IDDEAL, its affiliates, and their respective members, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any portion of the Service, (ii) Your use of any Service Content, or (iii) Your breach of the Terms of Use. IDDEAL makes no representations that material on the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who are registered to access this Service from locations outside the United States do so on their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Access to the Service from jurisdictions where the contents of the site are illegal or penalized is prohibited. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
IDDEAL, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time, without notice, and as such You are encouraged to periodically review the client support page (iddeal.com) to make sure You are aware of the most recent terms because they will be binding on You. Your use of the Services after any such changes to the Terms of Use constitutes Your agreement to such changes.
The Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while You are a User of the Service at any level. IDDEAL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including, but not limited to, deletion of Your User Content from the Service and immediate termination of Your registration with or ability to access the Service and/or any other services provided to You by IDDEAL. Even after You are no longer a User of the Service, certain provisions of the Terms of Use will survive, including those under the headings "User Generated Content and Submissions," "Service Content," "Limitations on IDDEAL's Liability, Disclaimers," and "Indemnity."
Notwithstanding the foregoing provided under these Terms of Use, with respect to the use, application and distribution of any authorized IDDEAL products, reports, software and other products and publications from the Service to which an IDDEAL Member or other legal entity or natural person is provided pursuant to a separate written agreement (hereby identified as a separate licensing agreement, specific client contract or registration / login agreement), between said Member or other legal entity or natural person and IDDEAL, the terms of such written agreement may control and supersede any conflicting provision contained in these Terms of Use with respect to the use, application and distribution of such materials, related intellectual property and proprietary rights, disclaimers, warranties and indemnities.
